Inspired by Spanish tapas being passed around a table of friends, Reunión Taperia brings a lively and familiar feel to Vancouver’s Granville Island.
In the way that tapas fuse a variety of flavours into one delicious meal, a blend of organic shapes and linear patterns suggest a dynamic and playful atmosphere. Vibrant hues and sleek textures put a modern twist on a traditional Spanish cuisine, while natural wood tones maintain a warm and inviting ambience.

The space features plastered walls, wood paneling, and arched openings. Playful floor tiles are consistent throughout the restaurant, with different patterns defining the main spaces. Existing full-height windows allow light to pool into the space for an airy feel. A balanced, comfortable and casual atmosphere will invite friends and families to reunite and stay for a while.
A secondary dining area offers many seating configurations as well as a private event space. A monochromatic colour scheme is accompanied by beautiful views of the surrounding environment, diminishing the boundary between inside and out.
